- Citadel patrol officers utilize the DEGGY™ Patrol Verification System. Officers simply touch a Deggy pen device over installed Deggy points at a client's location.
The pen collects data throughout the officers tour, verifying a fully completed patrol.
- 24/7 manned dispatch center.
- Officers employ voice contact with dispatch center every 30 to 60 minutes.
- Officers uniforms include Nextel radios with GPS that identifies their locations at any time.
