Clients’ security needs are examined and studied and the client is assigned an Account Manager. We match our field officers to each client. Citadel recruits, interviews, establishes credentials and conducts thorough background checks of security officers. All are thoroughly trained and familiarized with the client’s property and posted for a two-week trial. They are then evaluated. If the officers are performing as required, their assignments become permanent.
As part of Citadel Security’s Quality Assurance Program, Field Inspectors randomly check each account to assure that all officers are performing their duties as assigned. Officers are in direct contact with our Dispatch Center and Field Supervisors via hand-held digital dispatch radios. On-site officers keep in contact with two-way radio systems and complete daily activity reports. In addition, Account Managers provide quarterly summaries.
